Sweetcorn & Jalapeño Dip

  • 300 g sweetcorn tinned or from the cob
  • 25 g jalapeños
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened vegan yoghurt
  • 5 g/small handful coriander
  • Zest of 1 lime + 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Pinch of salt


  • Add everything to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste, dunk in some crisps and enjoy!
