Curried Coronation Chickpeas

  • 1 tin of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp mango chutney
  • Pinch of salt

To serve:

  • Chopped coriander
  • Chilli flakes
  • Mango chutney


  • Drain the chickpeas well and pat dry. Add to a bowl with all of the other ingredients and mix everything together. Season to taste.
  • Serve up in between slices of your fave bread for a banging sandwich, in a baked potato or with salad for a quick and easy lunch. Add coriander, chilli flakes and more mango chutney if using and enjoy!
