Put your pasta on to boil as per packet instructions.
Grate or mince the garlic cloves into a large bowl. Add the olive oil and mix well.
Halve or quarter the tomatoes depending on size and add to the bowl. Season well with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Once the pasta is al dente, drain and add to the bowl. Mix well.
Roughly grate the bread into a small pan and drizzle with a bit of oil. Toast until golden.
Shred the basil and mix through the pasta just before serving. Serve up, top with crispy breadcrumbs and enjoy!
