I’m excited to announce that my debut cookbook is due for release in August this year and is available to pre-order now!

Following the success of my Bangin’ Beans recipe series over on Instagram, the book features 60 recipes which hero the humble, protein-packed bean in a myriad of forms, from soups, stews and cosy beans to fresh, flavoursome salads, delicious snacks and sides and plant-powered main dishes.
